DRUM SHOW - EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
2011 Pre-Show Exhibitor
Notes:
1. Exhibitor access begins at noon, Friday, May 20th. There
will an “Express” line for those who are prepaid
& have an exhibitor registration form completed.
2. Randy Rainwater has agreed to act
as this year’s “Exhibitor Liason.” He is not
only
an exhibitor, but also a show staffer. Please contact him if
you have any west hall
exhibitor issues and/or complaints: load-in logjams, excessive
noise, announcements.
3. Volume: please do not display “jam-ready” kits.
An exhibitor has suggested a show policy of not allowing kits
to remain set up in a manner that encourages passers by to stop
and wail. Display kits should be lacking a seat, pedal, and/or
cymbals. If you have a qualified prospect that needs to audition
your gear, grab a pedal and seat, then remove again after the
demo.
4. A few WiFi passes are still available; $25.00 for the weekend.
RAFFLE DONATIONS: We are accepting donations
for the show raffle. We sell the tickets for $5 each and will
be making continuous announcements to call attention to the
raffle and get you some extra exposure. If we get raffle prize
info in time we will upload photos at the Rebeats site and in
the show powerpoint.
